Easy to put on. More supportive than I thought but not for high impact activities. Low to medium more likely. I bought it as a post surgery bra as it opens at the front. Its comfortable but the slight racer shape to the straps means the base of my neck aches after a while as it pulls on it over the day.

This bra is perfect. It gives so much support and is so comfortable. It’s very flattering on a bigger girl
, as it doesn’t make the skin around the bra bulge at all. The bra clips running down the front behind the zip are perfect as other products I’ve tried have had one clip which snaps if you have larger breasts. The bra is great quality and looks amazing. I’m super impressed!Shauna
