I bought for the sometimes slight incontinence (more of an urgency) to wear instead of a ***** shield. Much more eco. Gave me the security I needed for travelling, going on treks and on the plane. I wore for the entire flight to another country, and then the road trip after we arrived. Good fit (I am an adult size 10-12) but could do with a bit higher waist, they sit low on the waist (which is good for jeans that are not high waist but otherwise your muffin top hangs over). They wash up well.
