Low star rate was due to the fact that I was sent completely the wrong garment in my delivery. I then was unable to make contact with anyone from JoJo. Eventually I was helped at Next where the item was returned. However due to the computer system not allowing for an ‘error’ I was not able to have the correct item sent to me without being re charged for the delivery. I think JoJo needs to ensure customers can contact a human directly to allow rather than completely relying on a computer system
